What to write to us about
- An error or an out-of-date figure. Tell us which page, what you entered and what looks wrong. If you have a source, such as a table from Approved Document L, a product data sheet or a current price, please include it. We check every report and correct confirmed errors.
- A missing product or material. Send the product name and a link to its data sheet or coverage figures.
- Ideas. New calculators, features or anything that would make the site more useful.
- Press and partnerships. Questions about the site, linking to it or working with us.
What we can't help with
We can't give advice on a specific home, review a project or recommend an installer. For that, speak to a local installer or a Domestic Energy Assessor. For grants and free advice, contact your energy supplier or your nation's home energy advice service.
